Varda College of Education, Neem Ka Thana was established in 2007 by Varda Seva Samiti, Neem Ka Thana, Distt. Sikar, Rajasthan with an annual intake of 100 seats for B.Ed course.An additional intake of 100 seats in B.Ed. course was granted from Academic Session 2008-09. B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed. – 4 Year Integrated Programme is to be started from Academic Session 2017-18. The main goal of establishment of Varda College of Education is to contribute to educational expansion through formal teacher education. Through the years it has trained several teachers who have served at different levels of educational services. The institution, initially affiliated to the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur for B.Ed. course from session 2007-08 to session 2014-15 and onwards session 2015-16 it is affiliated with Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Shekhawati University, Sikar (Rajasthan). Students are admitted in institution through Pre Teacher Education Test (PTET) counselling for B.Ed. course which is conducted by the agency nominated by the state government of Rajasthan.
